Every plan is scoped to your business: conversation volume, team size and the systems we connect. Setup, hosting and tuning are included, with no per-seat fees. You get a clear quote after a consultation.
Is this a chatbot builder?
No. We build, run and improve your agent for you. You don't design flows or maintain anything. You tell us how your business works, and when you want a change you ask for it, often straight from WhatsApp.
Can we keep our current WhatsApp number?
Yes. Connect the number you already use and bring up to six months of chat history. Prefer a fresh start? We'll set up a new verified number.
Does it speak Arabic?
Yes. The agent handles Arabic and English, follows the customer when they switch mid-chat, and can be set up for other languages.
What happens when the agent can't answer?
It hands the conversation to the right person with full context and tells the customer someone is joining. If that person doesn't respond, it escalates until someone does.
How long until we're live?
We go live in phases: discovery, build, launch, then ongoing tuning. How long each phase takes depends on the systems we connect and your booking rules, and we agree the plan with you in the consultation.
